Is this an official government service?
No. Confileo is an independent website with no affiliation to the National Social Insurance Authority. What the tool produces is a filled draft you check and submit through the competent insurance office — never an issued or certified document, and every sheet says so.
Can it look up my insurance record or my contribution period?
No, and no third-party site can. Every figure on the sheet is a figure you typed. An official statement of your insured periods comes from your insurance office or the Authority’s own services.
Are the contribution percentages and wage limits up to date?
They are stored as a dated table with a source, and the sheet prints which set it used and when it took effect. Because the wage floor and ceiling are re-issued every January, treat the built-in values as a starting point and edit them to match the circular in force at your office — the tool lets you override every figure.
What can it calculate?
The monthly contribution split between employer and employee for five categories of insured person, the late-payment charge on overdue contributions, an estimated pension, an estimated lump-sum compensation, unemployment benefit, the date a person reaches pension age, and the total of scattered service periods in years, months and days.
Can it handle a whole payroll at once?
Yes. The contributions sheet takes a row per insured person with their wage and category, computes both shares and the totals for the establishment, prints as an A4 table and exports to CSV for Excel.
The wording on my office’s paper form is slightly different. Can I fix it?
Yes — that is why every field label is editable. Switch on "Rename field labels", correct the wording once, and it is saved on your device for every future form. You can also add extra fields to any section.
Where is my data stored?
In your own browser. The saved employer and person blocks never leave your device; the only thing sent to the server is the sheet you explicitly ask to render as a PDF, which is discarded after the file is returned.
