1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not prorate cancellations.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
3. Yearly Subscriptions
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for yearly subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the platform within the first 14 days of your initial yearly subscription purchase, you may request a full refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact our support team at support@confileo.com. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We will process your request within 3-5 business days.
