Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not prorate cancellations.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

3. Yearly Subscriptions

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for yearly subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the platform within the first 14 days of your initial yearly subscription purchase, you may request a full refund.

4. Lifetime codes bought through a partner marketplace

We no longer sell lifetime plans or passes on this site. Lifetime access bought through a partner marketplace (for example a DealFuel code) is refunded by that marketplace under its own policy and window, and the code is then deactivated on our side. Contact the marketplace first; if you need us to confirm anything, email [email protected].

5. Purchases Through a Marketplace

If you bought Confileo through a third-party marketplace such as AppSumo, that marketplace processed your payment and its own refund policy and refund window apply — these may differ from the terms above. Please request the refund from the marketplace rather than from us. Once the marketplace notifies us of a refund, the redeemed code is deactivated and the account returns to the free plan.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact our support team at support@confileo.com. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We will process your request within 3-5 business days.

5. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
