Most PDF forms are built with real form fields — boxes that already know their name, their size and whether they take text, a tick or a choice from a list. Filling one means writing into those fields, not drawing text on top of the page.
Confileo's Fill PDF Form tool reads the form's own fields, shows the page with an input laid over every one of them, and writes your answers back into the fields themselves. You type where you would write with a pen, and the file comes back either finished or still fillable.
It is deliberately not the PDF Editor. The editor places text and a signature anywhere on any page — useful for a scan or a flat print, where there are no fields to fill. Arabic is handled properly in the final file. A form field's own font is one of the PDF base fonts and has no Arabic letters at all, which is why a name typed into an Arabic form so often comes out as boxes or as disconnected letters in the wrong order. Confileo draws the final text with a real Arabic typeface, right-to-left, so it reads correctly and stays searchable and copyable.

A PDF with no fields is not broken — it was never a form. Scans, photos of forms and printouts have nothing to detect. The tool says so plainly and points you to the PDF Editor, where text can be placed anywhere on the page.
