Most people who need an official letter — a resignation, a leave request, a complaint, an appeal — do not need help deciding what to say. They need the letter to look and read like one the recipient has seen a hundred times: the right greeting, the right order of subject, body and closing, a signature block with a name and a date. Get that wrong and a perfectly reasonable request reads as careless before anyone reaches the second line.

Each type has its own form, so a complaint asks what happened and what you want done, while an experience certificate asks the job title, the dates and how conduct is rated — and each composes a body that is complete rather than a template with blanks.
Arabic is the tool's first language, and it takes the formal register seriously. An Egyptian HR office expects «السيد الأستاذ / …» and «تحية طيبة وبعد،»; a Saudi or Emirati one expects «سعادة / … المحترم» with «السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، وبعد:», Arabic-Indic numerals and, often, the basmala at the top. Pick the register and the whole letter — honorifics, pronouns, closing, the label on the cc line — is composed in it. Dates can be Gregorian, Hijri, or both on one line, as Gulf correspondence usually prints them.
This is why a generated letter beats the .doc files that content sites hand out. A downloaded template has someone else's wording, a date from years ago and formatting that shifts the moment you type a longer name; a resignation letter that states the wrong last day is worse than none. What is the difference between the Egyptian and Gulf styles?
The opening and closing formulas. Egyptian letters open with «السيد الأستاذ / …» and «تحية طيبة وبعد،»; Gulf letters open with «سعادة / … المحترم» and «السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، وبعد:», use Arabic-Indic numerals and often start with the basmala. The tool composes the whole body in the register you choose rather than swapping a word or two.
Can I edit the generated text?
Yes. The subject, every paragraph of the body and the closing line are all editable, and the preview updates as you type. The composed text is a starting point that already reads correctly — change whatever you like.
Can I add a Hijri date?
Yes. Choose Gregorian, Hijri, or both on the same line («… هـ الموافق … م»), which is the convention in most Gulf correspondence.
Does it export to Word as well as PDF?
Yes. Download a PDF for sending or printing, a Word (.doc) file if the recipient wants to edit it, print directly from the page, or copy the plain text into an email.
Is this legal advice?
No. The tool writes a well-formed letter; it does not know your contract or your employer’s rules. Notice periods, deadlines and entitlements follow your contract and company policy — check them before you send.
How do I write a resignation letter here?
Choose Resignation, enter your name, job title and employer, the recipient's title, your last working day and the notice period your contract sets, then pick a reason or 'prefer not to say'. You get a complete letter: the request, the handover commitment, thanks to the employer and a request for clearance. Edit what you like and download the PDF.
Can I add a company logo and letterhead?

What is the difference between an experience certificate and a salary letter?
An experience certificate is issued by the employer after employment ends and states the job title, the dates and how conduct is rated — you hand it to the next employer. A salary or employment letter is issued during employment and confirms your position and pay for a bank, an embassy or a landlord. Both are written here in the employer's voice.
Can I list attachments and add a cc line?
Yes. Enter one attachment per line — a medical report, a copy of the contract — and one recipient per line in the cc field. Both print below the signature with the label that matches the language and register.
Can I open the tool directly on one letter type?
Yes. Add ?type= and the type id to the URL — for example ?type=istiqala for resignation or ?type=talab-ijaza for a leave request — and the form opens on that type with its defaults filled in. Handy for HR pages and school portals that want to link staff to one letter.
Is the Arabic text in the PDF selectable and searchable?
