Egyptian Social Insurance Desk — fill the form and print it in a minute
Egyptian social-insurance forms as print-ready A4 PDFs, plus contribution, pension and service-period calculators. Type the employer and the person once and reuse them on every form.
The employer and person blocks are saved on your device and filled into every form automatically.
Wage limits and rates change each January. Pick the year in force, or edit any figure to match your office — the sheet prints which values it used and when they took effect.
These values are a starting point, not legal advice. Check them against the current circular before relying on them.

About Egyptian Social Insurance Desk
Confileo's Egyptian Social Insurance Desk tool fills, calculates and prints Egyptian social-insurance paperwork — Form 1, Form 2, claims, statements and the monthly contributions sheet — as ready A4 PDFs. Everything runs in your browser, free and without signup, and your files are deleted automatically after processing.
Egyptian social-insurance paperwork is not hard because the rules are obscure. It is hard because the same thirty facts — the establishment name, its insurance file number, the office it belongs to, then a person's full name, national ID, birth date, qualification, address and wage — get written out by hand onto a fresh sheet for every single form, and a digit copied wrong on one of them sends the whole file back. This tool exists to remove the retyping, not to replace the office.
You type the employer block and the person block once. They are saved in your browser and filled into every form after that, so a second form for the same person is three or four fields instead of thirty. Pick a form, complete what is specific to it, and a bordered A4 sheet builds on the right as you type — sections, boxed fields, the required-attachments checklist, and signature lines. Download it as PDF, print it straight from the page, or export it to Word if it has to be edited elsewhere.
The forms cover both sides of the counter: notification of employment and of end of service, opening an establishment file, notifying a wage change, and on the citizen side, lump-sum compensation, a pension claim, a survivors' claim, unemployment benefit and a request for a statement of insured periods. Alongside them are the calculations that eat an officer's day — the monthly contribution split between employer and employee, the late-payment charge, an estimated pension, an estimated lump sum, the pension date from a birth date, and a payroll-wide contributions sheet that totals a whole establishment and exports to Excel.
The arithmetic this tool owns is exact and stays exact: totalling scattered service periods into years, months and days inclusive of both the joining and leaving day; clamping a wage into the legal band; splitting by percentage; weighting an average wage by how long each period lasted. What changes every January is the wage floor and ceiling, and the percentages differ by category. Those live in a dated table you can switch by year or overwrite field by field, and every sheet prints which values it used and the date they took effect. A figure without its date is the failure mode this design is built to avoid.
Two limits are stated plainly because they matter. This site is not the National Social Insurance Authority and is not affiliated with it: what comes out is a filled draft to be checked and submitted through the proper office, never an issued or certified document, and it carries that line on every page. And nothing here can read anyone's insurance record — every number on the sheet is a number you typed. A statement of your actual insured periods comes from your insurance office or the Authority's own services, not from a third-party website.

Egyptian Social Insurance Desk — Frequently asked questions
Which Egyptian social-insurance forms can it fill?
Notification of employment (Form 1), notification of end of service (Form 2), opening an establishment insurance file, a contribution-wage change, lump-sum compensation, a pension claim, a survivors’ claim, unemployment benefit, a request for a statement of insured periods, and a coverage worksheet that totals every period.
Is this an official government service?
No. Confileo is an independent website with no affiliation to the National Social Insurance Authority. What the tool produces is a filled draft you check and submit through the competent insurance office — never an issued or certified document, and every sheet says so.
Can it look up my insurance record or my contribution period?
No, and no third-party site can. Every figure on the sheet is a figure you typed. An official statement of your insured periods comes from your insurance office or the Authority’s own services.
Are the contribution percentages and wage limits up to date?
They are stored as a dated table with a source, and the sheet prints which set it used and when it took effect. Because the wage floor and ceiling are re-issued every January, treat the built-in values as a starting point and edit them to match the circular in force at your office — the tool lets you override every figure.
What can it calculate?
The monthly contribution split between employer and employee for five categories of insured person, the late-payment charge on overdue contributions, an estimated pension, an estimated lump-sum compensation, unemployment benefit, the date a person reaches pension age, and the total of scattered service periods in years, months and days.
Can it handle a whole payroll at once?
Yes. The contributions sheet takes a row per insured person with their wage and category, computes both shares and the totals for the establishment, prints as an A4 table and exports to CSV for Excel.
The wording on my office’s paper form is slightly different. Can I fix it?
Yes — that is why every field label is editable. Switch on "Rename field labels", correct the wording once, and it is saved on your device for every future form. You can also add extra fields to any section.
Where is my data stored?
In your own browser. The saved employer and person blocks never leave your device; the only thing sent to the server is the sheet you explicitly ask to render as a PDF, which is discarded after the file is returned.
Is this tool really free?
Yes. You get 15 credits without an account and 200 credits a month with a free account; most tools use 1 credit per file and advanced ones up to 5. No watermark, no credit card. Pro adds 1,000 credits a month.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can use the tool straight away without signing up or logging in.
Are my files safe and private?
Yes. Your files are processed for the task you requested and then deleted automatically — they are never shared or kept.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The tool runs in any modern browser, so it works the same on desktop, tablet and mobile with nothing to install.
