Sign & Stamp a PDF
Draw your signature, type it, or upload it — then build a real round company stamp and place both anywhere on your PDF. Everything is drawn in your browser, so Arabic and English look exactly as you typed them.
A real Arabic company stamp
Type the company name and the commercial-register line and get a proper round stamp — the thing every Egyptian and Gulf contract needs and no other tool builds.
Arabic that comes out right
Your signature and stamp are drawn by your own browser and placed as an image, so Arabic letters stay joined and in the right order.
Flattened, not editable
The signature is baked into the page, so nobody can drag it off or edit it out of the file you send.
About Sign & Stamp PDF
Confileo's Sign & Stamp PDF tool places a drawn, typed or uploaded signature and a real round company stamp onto any page of a PDF, then flattens both into the page so they cannot be moved or removed. It works in any browser, free to start and without signup, and a file sent to our server is deleted automatically after processing.
A contract that arrives as a PDF still has to go back signed, and the usual options are poor: print it, sign it, photograph it and send a skewed grey scan; or paste a PNG of a signature into an editor that leaves it as a movable sticker. Signing in the browser and flattening the result into the page is the version that produces a clean file and a signature nobody can drag off.
Three ways to make the signature, because people arrive with different things. Draw it with a finger or a mouse on the pad, with the pen width and colour you want. Type your name and pick a handwriting face. Or photograph the signature you already have on paper, upload it, and turn on the white-background removal so only the ink is placed — the most convincing result, and the one to use when the signature has to match what is on file.
The stamp is the part no general-purpose PDF editor builds. Egyptian and Gulf paperwork expects a round company stamp — the name around the rim, the commercial-register or tax-card line, the date — and a stamp typed into a text box is not that. Here you enter the three lines, choose round or rectangular, set the colour and opacity, and get a proper stamp you can size and rotate like any other object.
Arabic comes out right, which is the reason the drawing happens in your own browser rather than on a server. The letters are shaped and joined by the same engine that renders this page, then placed on the PDF as an image; nothing is asked to re-shape Arabic on the way through, so a stamp reads as it was typed and a signature typed in Arabic keeps its direction.
Placement is by dragging: drop the signature or the stamp on the page preview, move it, resize it, and repeat on any page or apply the same placement to every page at once — useful for an initial on each sheet of a lease. Positions are stored as fractions of the page, so what you set on a phone lands in the same place on a desktop and in the final file.
What you get is a flattened PDF. The signature and stamp are part of the page content, not an annotation or a form field, so a reader cannot select, move or delete them the way it could with an editable overlay. That is the difference between a signed document and a document with a picture floating on it.
Two limits worth knowing before you start. A password-protected PDF cannot be rendered or stamped until the password is removed; save an unprotected copy first and add protection back afterwards with the Protect PDF tool. And this is a visual signature, not a certificate-based digital signature — right for everyday contracts, quotations, HR forms and lease agreements, not for a system that verifies signatures against a certificate authority.
Signing costs three credits per file; the free credits are 50 a month as a guest and 300 a month with a free account. The signed file carries no watermark, the upload is processed in memory and not stored, and your signature image never has to live anywhere but your own device.

How to use Sign & Stamp PDF
- Upload the PDF (up to 100 MB). Every page is rendered in your browser, so you see exactly where the signature will land.
- Build the signature — draw it with a finger or mouse, type it in a handwriting face, or upload a photo of your real signature and let the tool knock out the white paper — and, if you need one, the stamp: round or rectangular, three lines of text (typically the company name, the commercial-register or tax line, and the date), in the colour and opacity you choose.
- Drag each item onto the page, resize or rotate it, choose one page or every page, then apply and download the signed PDF. Signature and stamp are drawn as images by your own browser, so Arabic and English come out exactly as typed.

Sign & Stamp PDF — Frequently asked questions
Is signing a PDF here free?
You can try it free. Signing costs 3 credits per file: you get 50 credits a month as a guest with no account, or 300 a month with a free account; after that, a plan or a credit pack. There is no watermark on the signed file, and you can place up to 600 signatures and stamps in it.
Is this a legally binding electronic signature?
It is a visual signature: your handwriting or your stamp, flattened into the page as an image, which is what most everyday contracts, quotations, lease agreements and HR forms actually ask for. It is not a certificate-based digital signature — it embeds no cryptographic certificate, so a system that verifies signatures against a certificate authority will not recognise it. If the other side requires a qualified electronic signature, use a certificate service instead.
Can I add an Arabic company stamp?
Yes, and that is the reason the tool exists. Type the company name, the commercial-register or tax-card line and the date, pick round or rectangular, and you get the stamp Egyptian and Gulf paperwork expects — with the Arabic letters joined and in the right order, because the stamp is drawn by your own browser before it is placed.
Can I upload a photo of my real signature?
Yes. Sign on white paper, photograph it, upload the image, and turn on the option that removes the white background so only the ink is placed on the page. Use a dark pen on plain paper and photograph it in even light; shadows in the photo come through as grey.
Can the signature be removed from the PDF afterwards?
Not by dragging or deleting — the signature and stamp are baked into the page content, not laid on top as an annotation, so a reader cannot select them, move them or delete them the way it could an editable field. Anything can be altered by someone with the right tools and enough effort, which is true of paper too; the point is that the file you send arrives as you left it.
Why does it say the PDF is encrypted?
A PDF that opens only with a password cannot be rendered or stamped until the password is removed. Open it in a reader with the password, save an unprotected copy, and sign that copy. If you want to protect the signed result, add the password afterwards with the Protect PDF tool.
Is this tool really free?
You can try it free: 50 credits without an account and 300 with a free account, renewed on the 1st of every month. Every tool uses credits — file tools 3 per file and the heavy ones 12. No watermark, no credit card. Beyond the monthly credits, Pro gives open use with no credits to count, or you can buy a credit pack.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can use the tool straight away without signing up or logging in.
Are my files safe and private?
Yes. A file sent to our servers travels over an encrypted HTTPS connection and is deleted automatically after processing; tools that work in your browser never upload it. We don't open, read or sell your files.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The tool runs in any modern browser, so it works the same on desktop, tablet and mobile with nothing to install.
