About Stamp Maker

Confileo's Stamp Maker tool designs a real company stamp or personal seal — round, oval, rectangular or square, Arabic and English on the same ring, an emblem or your logo in the centre, genuine rubber-stamp ink — and exports it as a transparent PNG, a vector SVG, or straight onto a PDF. A company stamp is still asked for on Egyptian and Gulf paperwork — contracts, quotations, invoices, HR letters, tenders — and the usual way to get one is a print shop, a day of waiting and a rubber stamp that lives in one drawer. The Stamp Maker builds the same artwork in the browser in a minute: the name around the ring, the commercial-register or tax line in the middle, the date, and it comes out as a file you can put on any document from any device.

The ring is the hard part, and it is where most online stamp generators fail with Arabic: letters come out disconnected, words reversed, or the text runs the wrong way round the arc. Here the text is shaped by your own browser — the same engine that renders this page — and laid along the arc right-to-left, so «شركة النيل للمقاولات» reads as it was typed. Put Arabic on the top arc and English on the bottom and you have the bilingual seal Egyptian companies actually use.

Four shapes cover what stamps look like in practice: the round company seal, the oval, the rectangular date or status stamp and the square personal seal. Borders come as a double ring, a single ring, a dotted ring or a notched edge. In the centre sit up to three lines — a big main line and two smaller ones — plus an emblem (star, crescent, scales, shield, check, building, gear) or your uploaded logo, clipped to a circle.

Ink is what separates a stamp from a logo. The colour swatches are real stamp-pad colours — office blue, red, black, green, brown, violet — with a custom picker for a brand shade; the ink-strength slider makes it slightly translucent the way a real impression is; the worn-edges slider adds the speckle and the wobbly edge of rubber pressed on paper; a small tilt makes it look placed by hand rather than by a computer. Set all three to zero and the same design is a crisp vector logo.

Exports are the point of the tool. The PNG is transparent, at 1000, 2000 or 3000 pixels, so it drops onto a Word letterhead, a PowerPoint slide, an invoice or a WhatsApp message with no white box around it. The SVG is a true vector with the fonts embedded, which means it prints sharp at any size and opens in Illustrator, Figma, Canva and Inkscape. Copy puts the image straight on the clipboard.

“Stamp a PDF” is the reason this lives next to Sign & Stamp PDF: one press hands the finished stamp to that tool, which places it on the first page of the PDF you open; you drag it where it belongs, resize it, add a signature if you like, and download a flattened file in which the stamp is part of the page — not a sticker a reader can slide off.

How to use Stamp Maker

1. 1Pick a starting template (Arabic company, English company, Approved, Paid, Received, personal seal) or start blank, then choose the shape and the border: double ring, single, dotted or notched.
2. 2Type the text around the top of the ring, the text around the bottom, and up to three centre lines — company name, commercial-register or tax line, date, or a single word like APPROVED. Arabic follows the arc right-to-left by itself. Pick the font (Amiri for the classic official look, Cairo or Plex for modern), the ink colour, the ink strength, how worn the edges are and a slight tilt.
3. 3Add an emblem — star, crescent, scales, shield, check, building, gear — or upload your logo for the centre. Download a transparent PNG (1000, 2000 or 3000 px), a vector SVG that opens in Illustrator, Figma and Canva, copy the image straight into Word or WhatsApp, or press “Stamp a PDF” to place it on a document.
