About Fancy Text Generator
Confileo's Fancy Text Generator tool turns whatever you type into 26 Unicode text styles you can copy and paste anywhere. Everything runs in your browser, free and without signup, and nothing is uploaded.
Almost every place you would want styled text refuses to let you style it. Instagram and TikTok bios, Discord and WhatsApp messages, YouTube titles, X posts, Steam and Free Fire nicknames, Google Docs comments, LinkedIn headlines — all of them store plain text and throw the formatting away. There is no bold button, and pasting from a word processor loses the styling on the way in. That is the gap this page fills.
Nothing here is a font. Each style maps your letters onto Unicode characters that already look that way: type A and you get 𝗔 (U+1D5D4, Mathematical Sans-Serif Bold Capital A), a character in its own right rather than an A wearing a style. Because the shape is part of the character instead of part of the formatting, it survives copy-and-paste the way an emoji does — through fields that strip HTML, through apps with no styling controls, and into places never built to display anything but plain letters.
Twenty-six styles are generated at once from whatever you type: bold, bold serif, bold italic, bold cursive and bold gothic; italic and italic serif; cursive, gothic, outline and monospace; small caps, superscript and subscript; bubble, filled bubble, square and filled square; wide vaporwave spacing; strikethrough, underline, slashed and overline; upside down; and two weights of glitch. Every one updates as you type and copies with a single tap, so you compare them against your actual text rather than against a sample.
Support is good but not universal, and it is worth knowing where the edges are. The bold, italic, cursive, gothic, outline and monospace sets come from the Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols block, which every current phone and desktop font covers. The enclosed styles — bubble and square — are older and even more widely supported. The glitch styles stack combining accent marks on each letter, and some apps cap how many marks they will render, so a heavy glitch can look lighter on one platform than another. If a character shows as an empty box on a device, that device is missing font coverage; the text itself is intact and displays correctly elsewhere.
One caveat most generators leave out: styled Unicode is worse for accessibility and for search. A screen reader announces bold Unicode as "mathematical bold small b, mathematical bold small o" and so on, and search engines do not treat the styled form of a word as that word. That makes these styles a good fit for a decorative nickname, a username, or one accent word in a bio — and a poor fit for your whole bio, a business name people need to find, or any text that has to be read aloud or indexed. Use them where the look matters more than machine-readability, and keep the words that must be searched or spoken in plain letters.
Everything runs in your browser. The text you type is never uploaded, nothing is stored, and no account is needed.

Fancy Text Generator — Frequently asked questions
Are these real fonts?
No, and that is why they work. Each style swaps your letters for Unicode characters that are already shaped that way — the bold A is U+1D5D4, a character in its own right. Because the shape belongs to the character rather than to formatting, it survives copy-and-paste into fields that have no styling controls and strip anything else.
Why do some characters show as empty boxes?
An empty box means the device you are viewing on has no font covering that character, not that the text is broken. The text itself is intact and will display correctly on a device with fuller coverage. The bold, italic, cursive, gothic, outline and monospace styles have the widest support; the glitch styles depend on how many combining marks an app is willing to render.
Will fancy text hurt my profile in search?
It can. Search engines do not treat a styled word as the plain word, and screen readers announce the characters by their Unicode names instead of reading it aloud. Keep your name, business name and the terms you want to be found for in plain letters, and use a fancy style for one accent line or a decorative username.
Does it work on Instagram, TikTok and Discord?
Yes — those all accept plain Unicode text in bios, usernames and captions, which is exactly what these styles are. Instagram is the strictest of the three about usernames specifically; if a style is rejected there, try small caps or bold, which use the most widely accepted character blocks.
Is this tool really free?
You can try it free: 50 credits without an account and 300 with a free account, renewed on the 1st of every month. Every tool uses credits — file tools 3 per file and the heavy ones 12. No watermark, no credit card. Beyond the monthly credits, Pro gives open use with no credits to count, or you can buy a credit pack.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can use the tool straight away without signing up or logging in.
Are my files safe and private?
Yes. A file sent to our servers travels over an encrypted HTTPS connection and is deleted automatically after processing; tools that work in your browser never upload it. We don't open, read or sell your files.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The tool runs in any modern browser, so it works the same on desktop, tablet and mobile with nothing to install.
