Stamp Maker for Engineers
The submittal is due to the client by 5 PM and the 150 MB drawing set will not upload. If you work as one of the engineers, you have been there. Confileo's Stamp Maker tool designs a real company stamp or personal seal — round, oval, rectangular or square, Arabic and English on the same ring, an emblem or your logo in the centre, genuine rubber-stamp ink — and exports it as a transparent PNG, a vector SVG, or straight onto a PDF — free, in your browser, with your files deleted automatically the moment you are done.
Start Using Stamp Maker NowWhy Engineers use Stamp Maker
Day to day, engineers handle technical drawings, CAD exports, specifications, inspection reports, datasheets and project submittals — exactly the kind of files this tool is built for.
- Combining drawings, specs and calculations into one numbered submittal package.
- Compressing large CAD-export PDFs so they pass the project portal limit.
- Flattening markups and stamps so the approved revision cannot be changed.
- Converting between PDF and editable formats without corrupting drawing scale.
How to stamp maker in 3 steps
- Pick a starting template (Arabic company, English company, Approved, Paid, Received, personal seal) or start blank, then choose the shape and the border: double ring, single, dotted or notched.
- Type the text around the top of the ring, the text around the bottom, and up to three centre lines — company name, commercial-register or tax line, date, or a single word like APPROVED. Arabic follows the arc right-to-left by itself. Pick the font (Amiri for the classic official look, Cairo or Plex for modern), the ink colour, the ink strength, how worn the edges are and a slight tilt.
- Add an emblem — star, crescent, scales, shield, check, building, gear — or upload your logo for the centre. Download a transparent PNG (1000, 2000 or 3000 px), a vector SVG that opens in Illustrator, Figma and Canva, copy the image straight into Word or WhatsApp, or press “Stamp a PDF” to place it on a document.
Built for the way engineers work
- ✓Handles large, drawing-heavy files without choking or downsampling detail.
- ✓Flattening locks the approved revision so site copies stay authoritative.
- ✓No install on locked-down corporate machines — runs in the browser.
Stamp Maker — Frequently asked questions
Is Stamp Maker free for engineers?
Yes. Handles large, drawing-heavy files without choking or downsampling detail. There is no signup, no trial and no watermark on your files.
What kind of files can engineers use Stamp Maker for?
Stamp Maker works with the documents engineers handle every day — technical drawings, CAD exports, specifications, inspection reports, datasheets and project submittals. A common case: Combining drawings, specs and calculations into one numbered submittal package.
Is the stamp maker free?
Yes to start. The first download of a design costs 1 credit — 15 credits as a guest, 200 a month with a free account — and every further export of the same design is free. There is no watermark on the PNG or the SVG.
Does the Arabic come out right on a round stamp?
Yes, and that is the point. The text around the ring is shaped by your own browser and laid along the arc right-to-left, so the letters are joined and in reading order — no reversed words, no broken connections. You can put Arabic on the top arc and English on the bottom, the way Egyptian and Gulf company stamps are made.
Can I put my logo in the middle?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG and it is clipped into the centre of the stamp; a PNG with transparency keeps it. There are also eight built-in emblems: star, crescent, scales, shield, check, building and gear.
What do I get: PNG, SVG or PDF?
All three. The PNG is transparent, at 1000, 2000 or 3000 pixels, ready for Word, PowerPoint, invoices and WhatsApp. The SVG is a real vector with the fonts embedded, so it prints sharp at any size and opens in design tools. “Stamp a PDF” hands the stamp to Sign & Stamp PDF, where you drag it onto the page and download a flattened PDF.
Is a stamp made here legally valid?
A stamp is a visual mark, not a legal act: what makes a document binding is the signature and the parties, and in most countries a company stamp is customary rather than required. This tool makes the artwork; it does not register a company or replace a seal that a specific authority has to issue.
Why does the stamp look worn or speckled?
Because a real rubber stamp pressed on paper never prints solid. The “worn edges” slider adds that ink texture; set it to zero for a perfectly clean vector logo, or push it up for a stamp that looks pressed by hand.
